Cancellations by Amazing Tours Madeira
If there are an insufficient number of participants on any tour/tours, it may be canceled at short notice. (This rule does not apply to private tours).
We consider 'low number of participants' when there are few reservations until the date, making the tour unfeasible. At our discretion, we may change the itinerary of a tour or cancel it in the event of a red alert issued by local authorities. In any of these cases, you will be offered an alternative date for the same tour or a full refund.
Cancellation by you
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the tour will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the tour will incur a 10% administrative fee.
All cancellations must be made by the signatory of the reservation, by phone or email, at least 48 hours in advance.
